•Do you provide cleaning supplies?
We provide all of the cleaning supplies, equipment, chemicals, polishing cloths, and dusters.

•Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Please contact us regarding alternate methods of entry.

•Will the same crew be responsible for cleaning my home?
If you sign up for regular service, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, you will have the same team visit your home or office.

•Are all your staff vetted?
Yes, we take out an employers reference and require proof of address and entitlement to work in the UK along with a copy of their passport and Driving licence for our records.

• Do all staff receive training and development?
All managers, supervisors receive comprehensive training in the qualities to manage the sites they are allocated. All cleaning operatives receive in-house and on-site training in all areas needed to carry out their given duties. All Health and Safety issues and company policies are covered in their initial induction.

•How long will the cleaning crew be at my house?
Depending on the service you need will determine the time we spend in you home. We charge by the hour, so you only pay for those services you need.

•Will the cleaning crew speak English?
Yes. All teams speak English.

•What if I have pets?
Please let us know if you have pets. This is usually not an issue for our cleaning crews.

•Do you wash and fold laundry?
Yes we can provide this service if requested.

•What hours do you provide you’re cleaning services?
We provide all of our cleaning services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

•How long do I need to leave my carpets to dry out after I have had a carpet cleaning service?
Normally it is between 2 to 4 hours, but it all depends on how dirty the carpets are and how thick the pile is. Our cleaning engineers should be able to advise when they come to your property.

•What if I am not happy with the cleaning service?
In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the cleaning service we have provided you need to notify us within 24 hours where we will return free of charge and re-do what is in question. Complaints after 24 hours will not be considered.

•Do you change bedding?
Yes we can provide this serivce if requested.
